CHAMPS is proud to stand behind the quality craftsmanship of its luggage and travel bags. This bag is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase. If such defect occurs, return goods to point of purchase for warranty service with proof of purchase, where it will be repaired or replaced, at our option. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use of other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. It does not cover damage caused by common carriers (i.e. airlines). If your luggage is damaged by carriers, you must claim with the carrier concerned immediately. Most airlines will not accept baggage claims after 48 hours. It is important that you carefully inspect your luggage after your arrival and make any claim with the airline while you are still in the airport. Due to the luggage handling practices of many rapid-transit carriers, we strongly recommend that you insure your luggage against loss and damage. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for returned items or items being shipped to the customer from our facility. CHAMPS will not accept any returns without prior authorization by our customer care department. We thank you for purchasing a CHAMPS product.
